Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time: Delivery takes 3–5 business days across Egypt.
Tracking Information: You'll receive a tracking number via phone and can track your order from your account dashboard.
Shipping Area: We currently ship within Egypt only.
Shipping Fees: Fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Delays: Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.

Inspect Before Signing: You must inspect all items at the time of delivery. Check for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items before signing for receipt.
Report Damage Immediately: If you find any damage or issues, note them on the delivery receipt and contact our customer service within 24 hours. Claims reported after signing without noted damage may not be accepted.

7-Day Return Window: You may return unused items within 7 days of delivery.
