Upon delivery, you have the opportunity to inspect your order while the courier is present. If the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, you may refuse the item and return it immediately with the courier.
Please Note:
- Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery and while the courier is present.
- Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, the order is considered received and approved.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Missing Items Policy Please ensure all items included in your order are checked during delivery. Any claims regarding missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
